Terms and conditions

1 The client acknowledges having read these terms of sale, and as THE TRADING POST accept them without reservation.
2 The pictures provided by THE TRADING POST illustrating the articles are purely illustrative. The differences between the images and articles can be only minor differences and do not in any way the essential features of the article.
3 If the customer order includes an item not in stock, delivery time can vary from several days to several weeks. THE TRADING POST agrees to fully inform the customer regularly in case of delays to the point of shipment.
4 The orders are usually shipped by Colissimo for mainland France.
5 THE TRADING POST retains title of goods sold until full payment is received the order, including shipping.
6 THE TRADING POST committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer personal information (name, address, phone, email).
7 In case of force majeure such as strikes, fire, natural disaster or other - this list is not exhaustive - the responsibility of THE TRADING POST can not be engaged.
8 THE TRADING POST items sold are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. This warranty is expressly limited to replacement of items identified as being defective. All claims must be made not later than one month after delivery.
9 The liability of THE TRADING POST will in any event, limited to the amount of the order and can not be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all the precautions taken in presenting the articles.
10 In case of dispute, the client should focus on direct contact with THE TRADING POST, to obtain an amicable solution. The use of a mediator may be considered after the approval of THE TRADING POST. Disputes, failing amicable settlement, shall be subject to French law before the Court of Alencon, exclusive jurisdiction regardless of the place of delivery.
11 pursuant to article L121-16 et seq of the Code of consumption, the customer has a period of seven (7) working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item does not suit him . The return shipping in case of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer. The article should be returned in good condition, in original packaging, sealed, with a copy of the invoice. If the above conditions are met, the reimbursement of items (excluding postage) will be done in the shortest time and at the latest within thirty days from the date of withdrawal.
12 The right of return will be exercised for items already open, degraded, contaminated, etc .... By the customer's fault.
